There are many ways you can get involved in the ministries of Mount Zion. We have an active wood ministry that provides firewood for the people who need it. Our women’s group holds fundraisers through the year to help support mission work. Our Men’s group meets on the third Sunday of the Month for breakfast. They support the Madison Senior Center and volunteer at the Nest Egg Thrift Store. Every month we supply food for the MESA Food Bank.
Mount Zion has a very active music ministry. Although our choir stopped meeting during the COVID-19 pandemic, the choir will start meeting again soon. We often are blessed by the music of the Beulah Land Quartet and the Hurt Hollow Gospel Band.
Mount Zion Women in Missions
The Mt. Zion Women in Missions is excited to share with you their new mission statement.
"Our women's ministry exists to glorify God through all we do and prayerfully plan our giving, our activities, and our events for those in our church and community, which promote spiritual growth and lead others to Christ. We seek to serve others both locally and internationally with love and grace and to be bold in our efforts to meet their spiritual, mental, and physical needs. We pledge to be obedient disciples of Christ so that our mission and values reflect God's will and not ours."
We would like to invite you to be a part of our vision to Glorify God in all we do. Your gifts and talents will only add to the already diverse group of women.
Please join us at our meetings on the 3rd Monday of each month in the Mt. Zion Fellowship Hall.
Every year we gather together to cut wood to help some people of our county heat their homes during the winter.
